Conditions of participation

VESUV competition terms and conditions

  1. Organizer of the competition
    The competition is organized by S. Lautz UG (limited liability). It has no connection with Instagram/Facebook and is not supported, sponsored, or organized by these platforms in any way.

  2. Eligibility
    All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and resident in Germany (DE), Austria (AT), France (FR), or Switzerland (CH) are eligible to participate. Employees of S. Lautz UG (limited liability), their relatives, and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

  3. Participation in the competition
    To participate in the competition, you must interact with a social media post: like, comment, and share the post, as well as follow the page. Each person may only enter once. Participation via automated processes or competition associations is not permitted and will result in disqualification from the competition.

  4. Profit
    The winner will receive an "Elan" stool. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent item if the originally offered prize is unavailable.

  5. Determination of the winner
    The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. Notification will be made via direct message on social media. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

  6. Data protection
    To participate in the competition, you must provide personal data. This data will be used exclusively to conduct the competition and will be deleted after its conclusion. By participating, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of the data provided by the organizer for the purpose of conducting the competition. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy .

  7. Disclaimer
    The organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the competition or the inability to participate, unless such damages are due to intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the organizer.

  8. Subject to change
    The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if technical or legal reasons prevent the proper conduct of the competition.

  9. Applicable law
    The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded.
