Where do we deliver and how much are the shipping costs?
→ Germany: We deliver free of charge for all orders within Germany.
→ Austria, France : Shipping is free for orders of 5 or more ELAN chairs. For orders of fewer than 5 chairs, shipping costs are €19 per chair (including VAT).
→ Switzerland: Shipping is free for orders of 5 or more ELAN chairs. For orders of fewer than 5 chairs, shipping costs are €48 per chair (including VAT).
We plan to expand our delivery area to other countries within the EU soon.
We'll keep you updated on the progress via email. We'll provide you with a DHL tracking number in a timely manner.
Which shipping service provider do we use?
Within Germany, we work with DHL to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and reliably.
Returns & Refunds
How much does a return cost?
For returns within Germany, we cover the costs in full.
For returns from other countries, please send the return at your own expense to the following address:

We strongly recommend that you send your shipment insured to avoid loss or damage during shipping.
Return process & return requirements:
a) Contacting us: Please contact us using our contact form , including your name and order number. Please note that returns are only possible within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
b) Return slip : Use the return slip we provide for returns from Germany. For returns from other countries, please use the address above.
c) Packaging : Make sure the product is protected in a sturdy box – ideally, use the original packaging.
How is the refund processed?
We can only accept returns of items that are in perfect condition and show no visible signs of wear. After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund will be issued within 30 days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 30 days.

What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We're very sorry if an error has occurred. Please contact us using our contact form and provide us with your name and order number. We will then send you a free return label.
We usually cannot resend the item, but we will refund your purchase price so you can place a new order.
