VESUV Contest Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Contest
1. Organizer of the Contest
The contest is organized by S. Lautz UG (haftungsbeschränkt). It is not affiliated with Instagram/Facebook and is in no way supported, sponsored, or organized by these platforms.
2. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are all natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany (DE), Austria (AT), France (FR), or Switzerland (CH). Employees of S. Lautz UG (limited liability), their relatives, and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the contest are excluded from participation.
3. Participation in the Contest
To participate in the contest, you must interact with a social media post: Like, comment, and share the post, and follow the page account. Each person is allowed to participate only once. Participation via automated processes or contest clubs is not permitted and will result in disqualification.
4. Prize
The winner will receive an "Elan" stool. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent item if the originally offered prize is not available.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants. Notification will be sent via direct message on social media within 30 to 90 days after the contest ends. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
6. Data Protection
Participation in the contest requires the submission of personal data. This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the contest and will be deleted after its completion. By participating, the participant agrees to the collection, processing, and use of the provided data by the organizer for the purpose of conducting the contest. 7. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the contest or the inability to participate, unless such damages are due to intentional or grossly negligent actions by the organizer.
8. Right to Amend
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons, particularly if technical or legal reasons prevent the proper conduct of the contest.
9. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded.
